Carob Molasses is a type of molasses that is commonly eaten in Middle Eastern cuisines. It is made from cooking the fruit of a carob pod with water and by blending it with sugar to reduce it to a nice syrup. What makes this molasses different to the others, is a slight chocolatey taste as well as the notes of fruit that makes it good on ice cream or with bread or roasted veggies.
